The Losi Micro-B 1/24 2S 2WD RTR Race Buggy brings hobby-grade suspension, proportional control and a rigid aluminum chassis to a size that can be raced in a living room, garage or smooth driveway. Inspired by a championship-winning TLR buggy, it is more than a toy-scale car: the Micro-B uses adjustable oil-filled shocks, serviceable electronics and genuine Pro-Line body, wheel and tire designs.

Everything required to run is included. Charge the supplied 2S LiPo, install the included AA batteries in the transmitter and start driving. Losi rates the Micro-B for 13+ mph performance with up to approximately 20 minutes of runtime under suitable conditions.

TLR-INSPIRED MICRO RACE PLATFORM

The low, narrow buggy layout follows the visual language of modern competition 2WD buggies. Front caster kick and formed side bends are integrated into the black-anodized aluminum chassis to create a compact but rigid foundation. Keeping the main mass low helps the Micro-B change direction quickly and remain composed through corners.

Its 118 mm wheelbase and 152 g running weight make it small enough for improvised tracks, but the suspension and steering still respond like hobby-grade equipment. Smooth indoor surfaces, low-pile carpet and clean pavement are the natural habitat; tall grass, deep gravel and oversized jumps are not.

ADJUSTABLE OIL-FILLED SHOCKS

Oil-filled shocks are unusual at this scale and are one of the Micro-B's most important performance features. They damp chassis movement instead of allowing the buggy to bounce uncontrolled after every bump or landing. Included preload clips let the owner adjust ride height, while optional spring rates and shock fluids provide additional tuning as driving skill increases.

FULLY PROPORTIONAL ELECTRONICS

Throttle and steering are fully proportional, so the vehicle responds progressively to small transmitter inputs. That matters on a short indoor course where a full-throttle-only response would make the buggy difficult to place accurately. The Spektrum SLT2 2.4GHz transmitter also includes a three-position throttle limiter: 50%, 75% or 100%. New drivers can learn the racing line at reduced output before unlocking full speed.

The onboard Spektrum SLT 2-in-1 unit combines a 10A brushed ESC and receiver, reducing weight and wiring. Steering is handled by an AS-1 micro servo, and the installed Losi 65T brushed motor delivers controllable power through the 2WD gear differential.

2S LIPO POWER, USB-C CHARGING

The included Spektrum 7.4V 350mAh 2S 30C LiPo uses a PH 2.0 connector. Losi states more than 20 minutes of runtime and recharge in under an hour with the supplied 0.5A USB-C charger; actual results vary with surface, throttle use, battery condition and ambient temperature.

The battery compartment is designed for fast access, making pack changes straightforward. Observe LiPo safety rules: charge on a nonflammable surface, inspect the pack before every use and never leave it charging unattended.

PRO-LINE OE BODY, WHEELS AND TIRES

The factory-finished body, wheels and tires use Pro-Line Racing OE designs derived from full-size RC competition equipment. The narrow ribbed front tires provide clean steering response, while the rear tread supplies forward grip. Two factory color combinations are offered:

GASHEAD RC SETUP NOTES

• Start at 50% throttle on a small course, then move to 75% and 100% as space and control improve.
• Keep hair, thread and carpet fibers away from the axles and drivetrain; micro components collect debris quickly.
• Use smooth jumps scaled to the vehicle. Full-size RC ramps are a fine way to launch a Micro-B directly into the parts bin.
• Let the motor cool between repeated full-throttle runs and inspect the battery for swelling or damage.
• Clean with a soft brush and compressed air at low pressure. Do not submerge the vehicle.
